Why Not Walmart?

JLSI clients often say that they would “never” sell to Walmart. Really? This doesn’t make sense.

In the U.S. today, Walmart sells more of everything than anyone else, including 54% of all grocery products. They charge no slotting allowances, pay on time and like to work with small companies. If they will sell what you make, why start anywhere else?
